31 Division Officers Join Forces with TTC and Walmart for a Grand 'Stuff the Bus' Event: A Community Effort in the Spirit of Giving!

This year, the dedicated officers of 31 Division, in a heartwarming collaboration with our esteemed partners at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and Walmart, successfully orchestrated the annual 'Stuff the Bus' event. This significant initiative was aimed at collecting toys for our much-anticipated Toy Drive, a project that brings the joy of the holiday season to families in need within our communities.


The event turned out to be a phenomenal success, thanks to the overwhelming generosity and participation of our community members. Individuals from all walks of life came together, contributing a wide array of toys, ranging from plush teddies to educational games, all destined to light up the faces of children this holiday season.


We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every person who donated and volunteered their time to make this event a resounding success. Your contributions have not only filled the bus but have also filled hearts with hope and happiness. The spirit of community and giving was truly palpable, and it's this spirit that defines the essence of our Toy Drive.

Stranger Danger Presentation

A heartfelt thank you to the Seneca Summer Camp at Yorkgate Mall for welcoming 31 Division’s Black Creek Neighbourhood officers to engage with the campers. Our officers had the privilege of giving an interactive presentation on essential safety topics, including how to recognize and respond to stranger danger, who to contact in an emergency, and practical safety tips for staying safe in public spaces.

Honda Indy Bike Ride Program

We had a great time at Westview Centennial Secondary School for the “Honda Indy Bike Ride” program, organized by The Children’s Breakfast Club @childrensbreakfastclub. The students participated in hands-on sessions, including helmet and brake fitting, serial number documentation, and a road and bicycle safety seminar. 🚴🏽‍♀️🚴🏽🚴🏾‍♂️ It was fantastic to see everyone so engaged and ready to ride safely!

31 Division & JCA Offer $1000 Scholarship

The Toronto Police Service and the 31 Division CPLC is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Jamaican Canadian Association for a $1000.00 education Scholarship for anyone is entering there first year of College or University. This is open to residents who live in the boundaries of 31 Division interested in Law enforcement or Justice studies only. This is a excellent way to invest in the educational aspirations of our youth to strengthen the bond between law enforcement and the community we serve.

On March 27, 2024, we convened at the Driftwood Community Recreation Centre for a pivotal Town Hall Community Meeting.
