The City of Toronto’s 311 Online Service provides 24/7 non-emergency support for bylaw violations and property issues, including noise complaints, zoning and maintenance violations, illegal parking, idling, and unauthorized signs. It also addresses issues in parks, such as illegal gatherings, amplified sound, animal-related concerns, and assists with wildlife removal. The service is available in over 180 languages.

Specialists assist with a wide range of needs, such as employment training for newcomers, addiction support programs, ID replacement, marriage counseling, and locating nearby after-hours medical clinics.
