Food Hampers For Vulnerable Community Members
On Saturday March 20, 2021, 31 Division’s CPLC and the Black Community Consultive Committee (BCCC) delivered some much needed food hampers to the most vulnerable community members in 31 Division. This was done with the support of Toronto Police Neighbourhood Officers,
Toronto Black Farmers Collective, and Greenwin Corp.
This would not have been possible without the support of the Toronto Black Farmers and Growers Collective that are providing organic, nutritional, locally grown produce to the most vulnerable members of our community. We are profoundly appreciative of their generous support.
“It was a pleasure meeting you and your team earlier today. My children and I are once again thankful for the groceries given to us. And will forever be grateful to you all at 31 Division for your continuous blessings to us and the rest of the communities.”

We invite all community members to join and take a lead in supporting communities that are marginalized and in need of assistance. Our community members face barriers in accessing Food Banks and other services due to disabilities, lack of transportation, lack of child-care support etc.
