Community Unites for Holiday Giving: Anonymous Donor and Partners Provide Festive Feast for Families in Need

We are profoundly thankful to an incredible anonymous benefactor whose generosity knows no bounds. This kind-hearted individual has graciously supplied a substantial quantity of turkeys, hams, and potatoes, bringing the festive spirit directly to the tables of families in need during this holiday season. Their anonymity adds a special touch to their giving, reminding us of the pure joy of selfless generosity.


Our heartfelt thanks also extend to every individual and organization who played a pivotal role in the delivery process. This successful endeavor could not have been achieved without the collaborative efforts and unwavering support of Toronto Community Housing and the Neighbourhood Community Officers (NCOs) from both the Toronto Police 31 and 12 Divisions. Their commitment and hard work in organizing and distributing these essential holiday items speak volumes of their dedication to community service and welfare.


A special mention is due to Durante No Frills and Greenwin Corp., whose involvement was crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of this charitable initiative. Their contribution, whether in logistics, resources, or manpower, has been invaluable in making this holiday season brighter and more hopeful for numerous families.

Stranger Danger Presentation

A heartfelt thank you to the Seneca Summer Camp at Yorkgate Mall for welcoming 31 Division’s Black Creek Neighbourhood officers to engage with the campers. Our officers had the privilege of giving an interactive presentation on essential safety topics, including how to recognize and respond to stranger danger, who to contact in an emergency, and practical safety tips for staying safe in public spaces.

Honda Indy Bike Ride Program

We had a great time at Westview Centennial Secondary School for the “Honda Indy Bike Ride” program, organized by The Children’s Breakfast Club @childrensbreakfastclub. The students participated in hands-on sessions, including helmet and brake fitting, serial number documentation, and a road and bicycle safety seminar. 🚴🏽‍♀️🚴🏽🚴🏾‍♂️ It was fantastic to see everyone so engaged and ready to ride safely!

The Toronto Police Service and the 31 Division CPLC is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Jamaican Canadian Association for a $1000.00 education Scholarship for anyone is entering there first year of College or University. This is open to residents who live in the boundaries of 31 Division interested in Law enforcement or Justice studies only. This is a excellent way to invest in the educational aspirations of our youth to strengthen the bond between law enforcement and the community we serve.
