The event proved to be an outstanding success, drawing numerous community members who relished delicious hamburgers, hotdogs, and cotton candy, while most importantly, enjoying a fantastic time.
The Neighbourhood Community Officers and CPLC Teams from both 31 and 32 Division joined forces to attend the inaugural Back to School Barbecue, hosted by the Solicitor General, @mppkerzner, at Roding Park. It was a day filled with joy, made even more special by the presence of the TPS' Mounted Unit and the delightful Dandy, along with her handler Roman, who brought smiles to all the children in attendance. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredible staff and volunteers whose efforts made this event truly spectacular.
Furthermore, this day held significant importance for our CPLC members: Michael Verrelli, Brigette Contento, Lily Wong, and Mark Tenaglia, as well as 31 Division's PC Melody Carroll, who were distinguished with the King's Coronation Pin in recognition of their substantial contributions to both the community and the Province of Ontario.
